Profix the Reliable Employer of the Year once again

In the current edition of the SOLID EMPLOYER OF THE YEAR project, PROFIX has been awarded the prestigious emblem, which puts us among the companies for which business development is the development of the people working there.

SOLID EMPLOYER of the year was awarded to us for the fourth time. The chapter of the award took into account both opinions about our company coming from control institutions nad the market, as well as the answers contained in a special questionnaire, which the chapter of the emblem sends to the nominees. The questionnaire is an authoritative test of the quality of the company's personnel policy and employee relations at all entities nom inated for the award. The conformity of the survey results is additionally confirmed with the State Labor Inspectorate. Only after such verification does a company have a chance to be among the winners.

We are extremely pleased that PROFIX has permanently entered the group of companies awarded by SPR. This is confirmation and a signal to the market that it is worth working for us. The award is all the more valuable because it was granted in a period of extraordinary difficulty for both companies and employees themselves.
